Trunk or Treat

Last night was the ward Trunk or Treat. The boys were all excited to go.

This year Lincoln was a pirate...

Porter was Frankenstein...

 Ethan was a mummy...

and Bryson was my little monkey.

We all had a great time and as always, the boys ended up with more candy than they could possibly eat!!

Halloween Fun!!

Last night we went to our friends annual Halloween party. The Ellsworth's always go all out and it is always so fun. This year Rob and I decided to go back to our childhood and went as a "Double Dare" team. 

We played games and laughed all night!

It was great to see Mitt and Ann Romney play. :)

One game we played  was picking up a paper bag with our mouth using no hands. Each round the bag got shorter.

 I was amazed by the flexibility of the guys. In the end it was two guys fighting for the win! Who would have thought?!

The funniest game we played was when all the girls were blindfolded and then we had to guess which leg was our husbands. I haven't laughed that hard in a long time!

Crazy Hair Day and an Award

Today was crazy hair day at school. I had some colored hair spray to color their hair for them. After I did Ethan's and Porter's, Lincoln insisted I did his too.

Porter was receiving an award at school too. Lincoln was hamming it up for everyone while we waited in the auditorium. 

Porter was recognized for already knowing all his high frequency words and being such a great reader. We are so proud of him!

Bath Time Silliness

Tonight at bath time, Ethan and Lincoln were really enjoying the bubbles. I went in to check on them and they were covered in them! Of course they insisted on taking some silly pictures. They were posing over and over again, asking for "just one more picture". These guys sure can keep me laughing!

A Special Day...

Two weeks ago my brother, Trevor, received his mission call to serve in the Stockholm, Sweden  mission. He will report to the MTC on November 14th. Today he got to go to the temple for the first time as he prepares to be a missionary soon. Amy, Mike, Bryan, Reanna, and I joined my parents and Trevor for his special day. After our temple session we took a few pictures...

and then we went to lunch together. We sat and ate and talked for quite a while. I'm sure they were probably      ready to kick us out! I'm so proud of Trevor! He will be an amazing missionary!!

In Disguise

Ethan got his hands on a dry erase marker today and somehow convinced Porter to let him draw a mustache on him.

And then because Porter had one Lincoln had to have on too. So I put one on him.

And then, just to make things fair, Porter drew one on Ethan. 

Crazy kids!!

Daddy's Helper

Lincoln got to help Daddy work on the car today, and he didn't even have to get out of his pajamas! :) Rob was fixing the power locks on the car, but let Lincoln roll underneath with a flashlight to check things out.

Obviously, he thought it was pretty awesome.

He liked holding the parts for Dad, especially the ones that looked like guns.

Lookin' good!!

We pulled out our Halloween decorations today, and the boys found our mullet wig. They all took turns wearing it, but I think Bryson wore it best. :)

Milestone

This cute guy decided to pull himself up to standing today! He's doing all these things way too soon!
