...turned into a great trip. Rob requested another day off so we could go to the beach. As the day got closer we realized that it was going to be too cold again. (Darn June gloom!!) So we headed to Palm Springs again with our friends, thank goodness we can always count on it being warm there!
The boys spent most of the day swimming and jumping into the pool.
Lincoln was hilarious. Before every jump he would yell as loud as he could, "bannon ball!!"

The kids also enjoyed hanging out on the fancy chairs with a good supply of snacks.
The next morning the boys were happy to have their buddy Jacob there to share their donuts with.
Lincoln just wanted to wear it on his finger.
After spending the morning in the pool,
we headed for home and it didn't take long for them to crash.
We did have to wake them up for a stop at Cafe Rio on the way home. A slight detour, but totally worth it!!
