6 years old!!

My big boy just had another birthday! He's growing up too fast for me. It doesn't help that he's so darn tall, it makes it seem like he's even older.

Ethan's birthday was on a Sunday this year so after church we headed up to my parents house to have a family party. Ethan loves hanging out with his cousins, so he was happy. He requested pizza for dinner, so that meant homemade. We made four different pizzas, so everyone got what they wanted. They were so yummy.

After dinner we let Ethan open his presents. He was definitely spoiled this year!

Ethan's great grandma gave him this cool hand held microscope. He has had so much fun with it!

He was so glad that Uncle Bryan and Aunt Reanna were able to make it!


Ethan still doesn't like cake, so he asked for homemade oreo cookies again. And grandma even got him plain vanilla ice cream, his favorite, to go with it. He doesn't like any "stuff" in his ice cream, funny kid!


With school the next day, we brought the boys pajamas to wear on the way home. It didn't take too long before they all crashed!!

4.Loves math, and has taught himself to add and subtract.

5.He's a quarter inch away from being 4ft tall!

6.He has finally figured out how to swing by himself! I think he didn't want to try because he liked us pushing for him.

7. Wants to be an astronaut when he grows up.

8. Loves taking pictures.

9. Loves making funny faces, and wants me to take a picture of every single one.

10. Loves to dance, and is pretty good at it!
