Christmas!!

We spent Christmas morning at our house.The boys were quick to go check out what Santa brought them.

Ethan has been asking for the game trouble for a long time, and thought it was pretty cool that Santa brought him a Star Wars version.

All Porter had asked for was a monster truck. Luckily, Santa found one just in time. :)

Lincoln loved the toy he got from Santa too...

...but I think he liked the goldfish in his stocking more! He was shoving them in by the handfuls.

It was fun to watch Lincoln open his presents this year. He loved tearing the paper off.

Porter loved all his gifts. Daddy got the biggest hug ever!

Ethan has always loved taking pictures with my camera or cell phone. We found our first digital camera hidden away in a closet and thought it would be a perfect gift for him. We wrapped a lot of gifts in random boxes, so when he opened it, he thought it was something else in the box and didn't believe that it was really a camera. He loves it, and says that it is his favorite present.

Lincoln loves his new ride on toy, and especially loves it when his brothers push him around.

Grandpa scored this year by getting the boys some nerf guns.


Grandma convinced him that they needed some safety glasses to go with it.

They had fun with them all morning, and even Dad got in on the fun.

So, of course, I end up being the target!

That afternoon, we went up to my parents house. All the adult men had spent the day before building a super club house for the grand kids. They had so much fun out there.

Dinner was incredible, all my favorites were present. I should have taken a picture of the spread. Great food and even better company make it a pretty good day!
