We have been daydreaming forever with Mike and Amy about how fun it would be to go on a cruise together. The stars finally aligned and we were able to make it happen. We met up with them early and drove to Las Vegas. Once we were at the airport it really was starting to sink in that we were actually going, and we were getting excited!
Emily and Howie Buckley picked us up in Houston and took us to Willies for a good Texan dinner. The boys got a pound of crawfish to share, so gross!!
Amy and I wanted nothing to do with it.
Emily tried to get Amy to just hold one for a picture. The look on Amy's face was priceless.
I had the pulled pork sandwich and it was so good! Probably the best pulled pork sandwich I've ever had. My mouth is watering just thinking about it. We had a great time talking and laughing that we didn't realize they were closing the place, and ended up being the last to leave.
We went back to the Buckley's house where we laughed like crazy some more before heading to bed.
