We checked out of our
hotel this morning and met up with Mike. We got some lunch together and then he
took us to Lake Samammish for some fun on his boat. He had a tube that he
pulled the boys around the lake on. The boys had a blast and Lincoln and Porter
caught some serious air. I have no idea how they were able to stay on the tube!
Mike let Ethan drive the boat too.
After we were done on
the lake we went over to Snoqualmie falls to meet up with Lyles. The boys were
quite impressed and it wasn't even flowing that hard. I don't think they
had ever seen a waterfall that big.
The boys wanted to
get closer to the water so Lyles took us on a short hike down to the river. The
water was freezing, but since the boys were still in their swimsuits, they
went in anyway. Lincoln was the only one that got very far. The other boys got our pretty quick since it was so cold.
. After our hike we
went back to Lyles house to meet up with Stacy and have dinner. The boys spent
all evening playing with Ziggy and Zelda before bed time. We had so much fun visiting with them that I forgot to get a picture together. :(
