Salsa Anyone?

Our little garden has started to flourish...maybe too much. We had no idea how much a couple little tomato plants would grow, or how much they would produce. Every couple of days we go out and fill up another large bowl with these beauties.
The kids have really enjoyed going out and picking stuff from the garden. We planted some cherry tomatoes too, and Lincoln loves to just walk over and help himself to a little snack. He doesn't understand that they are supposed to be red, so he'll eat them green too!

I think it's time to make some salsa, anyone have a good recipe?

That's so great it's growing so well!! Here's the recipe I use.

6-8 medium to large tomatoes
1/3-1/2 a yellow onion
1 bunch cilantro
2-4 jalapeno peppers, discard seeds
4-5 cloves garlic
1-2 limes (juice only)
salt & pepper to taste

Chop everything into whatever size you like or blend in a food processor. You can also put more of one thing in or less of another. It doesn't have to be exact. It turns out soooo good with fresh tomatoes. Hope you like it!!
